"Michele has been fantastic! After years of just coasting with my previous provider with steady increases in my premiums and very little communication I found myself needing coverage suddenly. Definitely my fault for not paying attention, but a call from my agent before would have saved me a lot of stress. In came Michele. I got multiple quotes but she was the only one to offer to call me and it was even before business hours. She hadn't even finished her coffee and she got me the right coverage right away. Significantly less expensive than my previous plan as well! Can't recommend Michele enough!

UPDATE 08/12/2026: Michele was wonderful again! My daughter just got her license and getting her insured was a breeze with Michele! She of course remembered me and got me going on every new driver discount we qualified for. It’s been a bit stressful getting my first born licensed and road ready, but getting her on my insurance wasn’t at all thanks to Michele!"
