"Amelia was so great with her customer service her precise information. She was well rounded very detailed and everything that she explained to me She also gave me the pros and the cons. I loved everything about our conversation. She was immaculate, She is definitely somebody that I will be contacting in the future for other things that we have discussed for my premium policy. She was very charismatic due to the fact that I am a government worker just now coming back from a shut down trying to get my life back in order. "Michele has been fantastic! After years of just coasting with my previous provider with steady increases in my premiums and very little communication I found myself needing coverage suddenly. Definitely my fault for not paying attention, but a call from my agent before would have saved me a lot of stress. In came Michele. I got multiple quotes but she was the only one to offer to call me and it was even before business hours. She hadn't even finished her coffee and she got me the right coverage right away. Significantly less expensive than my previous plan as well! Can't recommend Michele enough!"
